• Credit Repair / Credit Restoration: Review, dispute, and resolution of inaccurate, unverifiable, or misleading items on your credit report with credit bureaus, creditors, and collection agencies
• Funding Optimization: Consulting and credit profile structuring to position clients for business funding approvals of $50K–$250K+
• Business Structure Setup: Assistance with LLC formation, EIN registration, business email, phone, and address setup
• Credit Monitoring Referrals: Referrals to credit monitoring affiliate partners
• Credit Education: Ongoing educational materials, portal access, and guidance throughout the service period

All services are described on our website and confirmed at the time of enrollment or purchase.

4. No Guarantee of Results

While we work diligently to achieve the best possible outcome for every client, we cannot guarantee specific credit score improvements or funding approvals. Credit repair outcomes vary based on individual credit profiles, creditor responses, bureau processing times, and other factors outside our control. Results described on our website are based on actual client outcomes but are not guaranteed.

• Payment is required as outlined in your selected service tier or package at the time of enrollment
• By completing payment, you confirm your agreement to these Terms & Conditions and authorize MCM to begin work on your behalf
• All payments are processed securely through Authorize.net
• For tiered services, upfront payment is required before work begins
• Pricing is as displayed on our website at the time of purchase

6. Refund Policy

MCM offers a no-risk refund policy. If you are not satisfied with the service received during a prior service period, you may request a refund for that period. To request a refund:

• Refund requests will be reviewed and processed within 10 business days

Refunds do not apply to services already fully rendered or to situations where the client failed to provide required information needed to perform the service.
